Maneerat
R. Layton
developed her educational profile with a bachelor degree
in Pharmacy, an MBA, a master degree in Pharmacy Administration,
and a PhD in Public Health, respectively. Recently, as
she is the course director for the Pharmacy English course
at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Khon Kaen University,
she decided to obtain a Certificate in TEFL which she
got an outstanding grade for the qualification.

| Her
passion in learning English lends herself as a role model
for faculty including students. With a highly motivated
teaching style, Maneerat has inspired many of her Thai
students in her Pharmacy English class to love and improve
their English skills tremendously. Besides teaching, she
has also become an expert in English-Thai and Thai-English
translation with variety of experiences include patient
education brochures, transcribed interviews, scientific
reports, medical questionnaires, and video scripts. Currently,
she is based in Khon Kaen City, Thailand. |
